Need to make a claim?
Customer can either call 0800 676 864 or email ewclaims@providentinsurance.co.nz

When there is a warranty issue
Customers can come into any of our PB Tech stores and our service department will help you to book a service job. We will contact Provident Insurance on your behalf, if a claim needs to be made.

How many claims can you make over the life of the policy?
Unlimited repair claims and 3 replacement claims. Up to the valued insured which is the purchase price.

If you sell your device, does the insurance transfer to the new owner?
Provident Insurance will need to approve the transfer in writing. Contact PB Tech to learn more.

What happens if your device has been stolen?
You will need to provide Provident Insurance with a copy of a police report.
