Cancelling or modifying your order

If you wish to cancel your order we are happy to do so on the condition that your order has not already been dispatched. If you have already paid, please contact us immediately on (09) 526 9200, please be aware that the goods may have already been dispatched from the warehouse and we will be unable to cancel orders.

If you have not yet paid, you are able to request to cancel your order via the 'Web Orders' section inside the 'My Accounts' tab. Here, you are also able to cancel individual parts of your order.
