Cancelling or modifying your order

If you wish to cancel your order we are happy to do so on the condition that your order has not already been dispatched.

You have already paid

If you have already paid, please contact us immediately on (09) 526 9200, please be aware that the goods may have already been dispatched from the warehouse and we will be unable to cancel orders.

You have not paid

If you have not yet paid, you are able to request to cancel your order via the contact form (shown below) at the bottom of the single order page. You can find all your online orders on the Web Orders page. If you need to modify your order, please cancel your order and place a new order for the correct items.
