My order has not shipped

There could be a number of reasons why your order may not have been shipped. Shipping your order to you as fast as possible is extremely important to us and we assure you we are doing all we can to make this happen. See some reasons below as to why your order may not have been shipped to your delivery address.

Your item is not in stock

We are only able to dispatch items to the delivery address that are in stock in our warehouse. All items that are for sale on the PB Tech website show stock levels on each individual product page. Please make sure you check these before making your purchase.

If there is a specific item you have ordered and is on backorder you will get an automated email with a rough estimate date of when we will have it in stock, please note these are estimates and will vary from product to product.

There is a problem with your credit card

Please ensure that you double check your credit card details including, expiry dates and sufficient amount of funds before placing an order, as incorrectly entered details are a usual problem.

Please allow 1-2 hours during normal business hours for us to re-try your credit card if there has been a problem.

Payment has not been received

If you have paid by direct bank transfer it is possible that we haven't yet received your payment. Please make sure you double check you have included your order number as a reference with your payment.

Please be aware that it usually takes 1-2 working days to appear in our bank account.

If you have made a payment with the wrong reference please contact websales@pbtech.co.nz to sort out the payment.
