Updating account details and delivery addresses

To update any personal details, click on the My Account button at the top right corner of the site. Continue into the 'Settings' tab and select 'Personal Details' and 'Edit my Details'.

For security reasons, we currently do not allow users to change their account email address. To change your email address you will need to create a new user account.

Adding or removing credit cards

Adding or removing credit cards can also be done in the 'My Account' section. After selecting the 'settings' option, select the 'Express Checkout' button and update your details accordingly.

Authorising your credit card: It is important that you feel confident and secure when shopping with your credit card at PB Tech. When you place your first order with us, we may request you to verify your ownership of the card. You will simply need to follow the instructions provided. You will also receive a confirmation email with instructions for your reference. This authorisation process is to make sure the transaction is safe and not being used without our authority. Each transaction placed with us is protected by GeoTrust SSL Protection.
