How it Works

Purchase carry-over credits billed monthly for 12 months. You can cash these in at any time - so if you need to use 10 months' worth of credits in 2 months, you can easily do so.

  • 1 Hour of Service* = 1 CREDIT

    * 8:30am-5pm: Onsite / Remote
  • 1 Hour of Service^ = 1.5 CREDITS

    ^ After hours or weekends: Onsite / Remote

A safe bet! Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used whenever your business needs them.

Terms & Conditions

1. Onsite service has a minimum 1 credit charge and then is charged in 0.25 credit increments (per 15 minutes). Remote service is charged in 0.25 credit (15 minute) increments. Emergency onsite service within 6 hours incurs a one-off call out fee of $100.00 plus GST.
2. Premium Software Agent - Server includes the basic agent services plus Automated device maintenance; Check SMART status, flush DNS, defrag disks, schedule disk health check, clean temp files; Automated device OS patching; and Antivirus and Antispyware software deployment and licensing (AV Security Manager). Example pricing: 2 servers = 1 credit.
3. Premium Software Agent - Desktop, includes all elements of Basic Software Agent plus Automated device maintenance; Check SMART status, flush DNS, defrag disks, schedule disk health check, clean temp files; Automated device OS patching; and Antivirus and Antispyware software deployment and licensing (AV Security Manager). Example pricing 10 desktops = 1 credit.
4. Basic Software agent - Desktop includes; quick remote access for technicians to the device; and quick access for users to support channels from Redline.
5. The Tech Zone is a 30km radius around our tech locations and stores. Outside of the Tech Zone, travel is charged at 1 credit per hour or part thereof.
6. Credits have a 12 month life at which point they expire.
