The Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship presented by Certiport, Inc. is a global competition that tests students’ skills on Microsoft Office Word, Excel® and PowerPoint® (2013 or 2016). Top students are invited to represent their respective countries at the World Championship. In New Zealand, students are required to participate in the National Championship, and the winners of that event continue on to the World Championship.
The Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship is now the largest IT competition in the world, with other 1.3 million student entrants from 116 countries in 2018.
This year we are proud to announce that PB Tech will be a championship partner during this event in NZ.
To compete in this years MOS New Zealand Championship, you must attend one of the local qualifying events happening near you. You will be required to sit one Microsoft Office Specialist Exam from the selection between Word, Excel or PowerPoint 2016.
You will be assessed on your proficiency in the application through a combination of score and time to determine the national representatives.
