Huawei smartphones in NZ: What customers need to know.
TweetPosted in Company Announcements on 20/5/2019
PB Tech is aware of the news surrounding Huawei and Google Services. We are actively working with Huawei to stay informed and provide solutions to our customers if and when there is any impact to smartphones sold in New Zealand.
Right now, nothing has changed – we want to reassure our customers that all Huawei smartphones sold by PB Tech, their software updates, and Google Services are currently functioning as expected.
As there has been no change to the functionality of Huawei smartphones or software as yet, PB Tech cannot accept refunds for these products for this reason at this time. PB Tech is more than happy to honour its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act should this situation change.
We will keep our staff and customers informed of any changes as they come. Please visit www.pbtech.co.nz/news/1581 for the latest updates.
PB Tech thanks all customers for their business and support.
