Aten UC3020 CamLive HDMI to USB-C Video Capture

At the time when I purchased this device their was previously only one review saying this device would only work at 60 fps (as in NTSC). I purchased this device with the intention of feeding the HDMI output of a Sony Video AX53 Camera into Microsoft Teams. On initial testing this seemed to work at @ both 25 FPS and 50 FPS when viewing the output via the Windows 10 camera application. However when we came to try this in a live Teams meeting we could get no video from the camera into Teams with the HDMI output set at either 720P or 1080P be it 25 or 50 FPS. On more investigation another Sony Video camera had the same issue.

I then tested the device using a GoPro on which it was possible to test both NTSC frame rates of 30 & 60 FPS, (resulting a a little flicker) and PAL frame rates of 25 & 50 FPS - all of which worked AOK.

I then tested the device AOK on a very old Canon HF10 camera at 25 FPS @ 1080P which has worked AOK for several hour long live streaming meetings, video quality is not perfect in that there is a very slight flicker at the top of the video frame and presenter appears slightly vertically stretched, but for the price it does its job very well and is very simple to use.
