Everki EKP116NBK 17" Swift Laptop Backpack

I was looking around for a good laptop bag that wouldn't break the bank and settled on this.

Pros:
Heaps of pockets and space inside.
Good stitching around the straps means its less liable to tear and its very comfortable to wear.
Its also waterproof.

Cons:
The holes in the zips aren't big enough to fit a padlock through (handy when travelling).
No in-to-out hole for headphone wires (nice to have but not need to have).
No velcro strap to secure laptop in event of backpack turning upside-down (nice to have but not need to have).
No shock-absorbent floor to protect laptop inside.

Overall I'd rate it as a great backpack for its price. In a dream world it would have the bells-and-whistles above, but for the price it does everything you need really well.

Had this bag for a few months now, no tears or breakages

I bought this laptop backpack primarily for air travel and recently have used it for two long-ish and two short flights up and down the country. It proved to be perfect for holding (but leaving accessible to me in-flight) my 17" laptop, 8" tablet, noise-cancelling headphones, sundry cables etc., a parka, plus the usual small odds & ends one carries. The price of this backpack was hard to beat, and assuming I get a decent 'life' out of it, i.e. without it developing significant wear issues, then I don't think I could have done better.
