This compact and lightweight sealed lead acid battery is pretty much a perfect accessory for any household. We keep it in our basement garage and it is connected to a solar panel on the exterior wall to maintain full charge.
Uses include: connected to a 12v tyre inflator for both vehicles and bicycles, connected to a lighting source for power cuts etc, charging mobile phones via a USB connector during power cuts or even at other times. Having an easily transportable power source particularly for power outages is a bonus when living on the Coromandel Peninsula! Excellent value for money and totally fit for purpose. PB Tech needs to offer battery recycling as an add-on option for battery sales, though. It's a bit disappointing that this isn't mandatory for all retail sales of batteries. The old battery lasted seven years. We'll see how this one goes.
