This DisplayPort cable provides a secure connection between your DisplayPort equipped devices and is capable of providing higher performance than either HDMI® or dual-link DVI. The DP cable supports high resolutions of up to 4K2K (3840x2160, 60Hz) with a maximum HBR2 bandwidth of 21.6Gbps, as well as an optional audio support. It's an okay cable.
Firstly, this is not a VESA certified cable. It works fine at low resolutions and refresh rates (single monitor, 1440p 60hz without issues) but it will not work if you're going to be daisy chaining multiple screens or using very high refresh rates and resolutions. Get yourself a proper, HBR3, VESA certified cable if you're gonna do anything fancy.
Not working for 3440 x 1440 100hz G-sync
I Bought this for 3440 x 1440 100hz G-sync monitor. I asked one of the sales person in Northshore branch, and he said this cable was compatible. It turns out this cable is not working. I tried it with 60hz FHD monitor and the cable was working. Anyone looking for high resolution/frame late gaming monitor DP cable, don't buy this.
Not so sure about this cable. I needed to replace my 1.5m cable, which works great, but too short for my new arrangement. So, I bought this 2m Dynamix cable but noticed that the screen kept flickering around 4 or 5 times an hour (monitor would go black and back on again after 1 sec, usually with a pop sound from the monitor speakers).
PBTech were kind enough to replace the cable. However, the replacement is doing the same thing. Now, I know what you're thinking - It's the monitor, or gfx card, or the cable not seated properly, but I've gone through all the troubleshooting and also tried 2 other DP cables (that I already own), which work wi...view more
Does what it needs to
Works well. Paired with RX580 and LG 144Hz Monitor. I originally bought a 1m which was too short but PBTech exchanged it with no issues.
I purchased this cable for a Asus PQ248Q 1080p 180hz monitor and this cable did not work at 180hz for me. It worked almost flawlessly at 1080p 144hz in only one of my EVGA 1060 SC ports, of the other two ports, one didn't work at all and the other worked at a certain angle only. The cable I am using is a 2m Startech one which works well.

Returns & Warranty
7 day right of exchange
If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.
To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
Hassle free warranty service
If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.
