This cable feels like a good build quality. Both connectors are wrapped using shrinking tube for extra protection. However, my Samsung S8 detected that it isn't an original cable. On my Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, the Ampere app shows this cable delivering up to 3000mA charge, while a cheap USB-C cable only delivered 280mA. The phone can charge from empty to full in less than 2 hours with his cable. I bought two of these and I'm glad I did - I can highly recommend this cable. After using this cable every day for about 2 months, I have had no issues. It fast charges my Xiaomi phone, it looks great and feels surprisingly good quality with the braided cable. Have only been using for charging so I can't speak to how good it is at transferring data. I also love the red and black combo but that's just a personal preference obviously.
