Bought these because many folk said " yeah, they're great. So easy" etc.
Simple, out of the box set up belies the difficulty in getting it "right".
Be sure to work out where you need to place cameras to provide you with decent and reliable coverage. You will probably find you need many more than 3 if you want to secure the outside of a home on an average size house lot.
Be aware that the range and sensitivity of the basic cameras is.not great, with ours often failing to detect head-on motion more.than 8 metres away.
Believe the research that says "will detect lateral motion better".

Image quality is not that great, and details like.car regos are not very clear.
Be particularly aware that if you want to mount these cameras top-down (under an eave e.g.) you need different mounting hardware (extra$) or the ability to watch video upside down.
Battery life is good so far, as have had these in place for over a week, and still at 35%.
Will wait until I've sorted locations out until I subscribe, but that looks reasonably priced.

Main point - do your homework, then do it again

PROS: I really love my Ring products, and found them very easy to set up and install. We purchased the batter powered cameras and came back to purchase more because they were so good!!. I was fortunate to get them on Black Friday deals and when i returned a fortnight later they were still on sale. Will be investing in some solar panel for the cameras that are outside but an awesome buy!! Totally recommend!!
CONS: the front door which always gets motion alerts seem to use battery faster than the others.
