The UniFi® NVR is an enterprise network video recorder that integrates an NVR, the UniFi Protect software, and a 4-drive bay. UNVR unifies enterprise-class data protection and scalable storage with simple Plug and Play integration using the intuitive UniFi Protect software. From a desktop computer or mobile device, you can access your surveillance recordings from virtually anywhere using the intuitive graphical user interface. The mobile app is available for iOS and Android-based devices. The drive bays are easily accessed from the front panel, so hard drive mounting and maintenance are simple. Reliable and Solid. Love it!

Was on Unifi Video for a long time and like everyone else, had to make the jump to Unifi Protect when Ubiquiti decommissioned Unifi Video. I needed the HDD redundancy which the Cloud Key Gen 2 Plus didn’t have as I was running Unifi Video off a NAS. It’s well worth it as compared to upgrading the HDD on a CKG2. Very stable but it does get a little noisy with the fans going especially with 4 x HDDs loaded. It’s been running for over a week with no issues. Fully recommend it if you need the extra storage which allows for a longer period to retain your recordings.

Product does as intended

Great product as it does what it's meant to. An issue I had and this was my own fault was that I didn't have the clearance in the rack for it to fit nicely, it was deeper and all my other gear, even thought it was just a UXG and 24 port POE switch, all are shallower then the NVR.
The power cord that came with it stuck out to far, had to go to Jaycar to buy an over priced right angle cable because PB didn't stock the right angle cable at my store, but this was still to deep.
Also didn't have the room for a fibre cable connection either, had to change to ethernet.

Over all I'm happy with it

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.
