Well Made, everything fits together well, no space for an optical drive, (so no DVD or Blu-ray), Glass Side. Plenty of room for large coolers or long graphics cards. A very wide case actually, wider than I expected. Comes with 2 be quiet 140mm 3 PIN fans, one front, one back. Had to remove the back fan to get the motherboard into the case, but it easily screwed back in. With stock Intel fan my 13400F idles at around 40 degrees in this case. Some reviews online suggest moving the front fan to the top to improve airflow, I might get an additional fan for the top at some point. I got this for my second PC build. For a smaller case its pretty easy to build in and everything is logically laid out. It comes with 2 pretty decent fans, it looks really clean too, the glass is panel is very slightly tinted, which I like but if you're looking for a heavier tint this may not be for you. This is my third PC build and the Be Quiet Base 500 is the best case yet. Build quality is very good - everything fits and feels well made. In terms of the build, the Base 500 is compact yet somehow offers plenty of room to work with. Note, the base 500 is very much a modern-day case and best for those set on using SSD rather than hardisks and optical drives. To this end, the 500 has two visible, easy to install SSD mounts upfront and another two behind the mobo. Cooling is pretty good and includes two fans with plenty of room for more.
