Loctek YZ101 Ergonomic Office Chair, With Backrest and Armrest - Adjustable lifting headrest with hanger - Passed AS/NZS 4438:1997 NZ Standard For Height adjustable swivel chairs

This chair does not fit people who are taller than average. I'm 6'2" and even with the headrest at maximum height, it sits on my shoulders. My partner at 5'2" find the headrest (still at maximum height) works really well though.

Other than that, the quality of the chair seems really good, especially for the price. I would say if you are 5'5" and below, this chair is 5 stars. If you are over 5'10" or so it's zero stars - completely unusable with the headrest on. This chair does not fit people who are taller than average. It's comfortable enough and sturdy but it's not designed for anyone 6ft and above. I had to take the headrest off as I couldn't put my shoulders back with out hitting it and had to remove the arm resets as they didn't go low enough. The chair was purchased online, I had not seen the chair prior to purchase. After a few weeks of use the chair is agreeable. Ordered the chair and it was shipped without any bolts or tools. Had to go to local fitting company to get bolts to put the chair together. Contacted PBTech via phone, they told me I had to email their parts address and then they never responded. Still waiting for parts.

Regarding the chair, its very comfortable and was worth the stuff around. Leans right back and headrest will support your neck when reclined. Save your money and buy this over a gaming chair! This chair gives good back support, is comfortable for long periods and also looks very slick. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it's a real game changer. It reclines very well, the mesh feels very good, material feels that it's of high quality, lumbar feels great on my lower back and the headrest is also a nice bonus. The wheels role smoothly across carpet and the metal base feels extremely strong.

As far as setup goes I agree that the Allen Key given isn't very good; it's small and gets quite hard to turn. Aside from said Allen Key the setup itself is actually very straight forward and the instructions are easy to follow.
Anyone working or gaming for long periods of time will really enjoy having this chair. It looks very cool, it's comfortable and it accomplishes the same goal as the very expensive DX Racers; so why not save yourself some money? I'm sure glad I did!

This is the best chair that I ever got for this price (on special). I've tried many other and more expensive chairs, including gaming ones, but this is the best so far, with height-adjustable armrests that are made from soft plastic, so you can use them all day long without ending up with a burned elbow. Also, you can pull the lever out and then swing backwards to a nearly sleeping position, which is very comfortable and for which that headrest comes very handy. Everything is as promised. Assembly was tricky with the coat hanger and headrest because it came partly assembled. Nice back support, lots of air flow. Very good chair. Good for neck and lower back. Easy set up. Easily avoided not touching the oily bits. I saw another reviewer saying gas lift not working but I get a feeling he/she didnt remove the gas lift red plastic cap as this was easy mistake to make if not following instruction sheet.
