I bought this chair 2 weeks ago based on the good reviews. However, I have to say that the build quality is absolute lacklustre. Although the chair has great adjustability, the downside is that it wobbles in any direction. I don't know why no one mentions this in the comments. I even went to a store that had the chair on display and that one was also super wobbly, so I don't think it is just mine. Furthermore, the backrest attachment is terrible resulting in a wobbling and uneven backrest (super annoying). I think most people won't have an issue with that. To summarize, I would strongly recommend getting a different chair that has a better build quality, check if the seat is well stabilized, which is not the case for this one. The wobbling and the uneven armrests and backrest make this a miss in my opinion.

This chair is excellent if you have a sore back. However, after about a month or so of usage, it becomes extremely squeaky. My music studio room is completely soundproofed but my brother can hear my chair 3 rooms away. When you assemble it, make sure the screws are as tight as they can be. At first my impressions with this chair were pretty "meh" The design looks nice, the chair is comfortable, the arm rest are adjustable and the lumbar support is good.
However Its now been over a month since I got this chair and I can say my experience has changed, being 6'4 the headrest is barely high enough for me when fully extended it also isn't firm and moves back as soon as I lay my head on it (this gets really annoying) The chair also creaks and squeaks which Is incredibly disappointing for me considering the hefty price of the chair, I'm 70kgs and it does this.

everything was well packaged and not that heavy to lift. however, some hand cut-outs on the box would have been nice to make carrying easier.

assembly is easy with clear instructions and labeled bolts and even came with an Allen key. however, the Allen key is a bit soft and could be easy to round the hex shape if over tightened, spare bolts and a washer are also included. thread locker was already applied to every bolt where metal to metal contact was. huge plus from me as this means I won't be needing to continuously tighten them up.
one thing I would change if I was putting together another one of these chairs is to put the armrests on last as it can be a bit hard to put the seat bottom on when they are on but not impossible.

The seat padding is really comfortable, durable, and nicely adjustable if need be.

The armrests have a firm but accommodating rubber-covered foam that I suspect will hold up a long time and have quite a bit of height adjustment, which is perfect for keeping my arms level with my keyboard without bending my wrist at funny angles.

the backrest is easy to tilt, supporting, and the lumbar support is great. the only thing I don't like with the lumbar support is that it can only be adjusted up and down but that prevents slouching so in reality it's a bit of a plus.

there is plenty of height adjustment in the headrest and could possibly be an issue with some bulky headsets when rotating your head but for the most part, this is not an issue at all. moving it up and down can be a bit of a pain since you need to move it all the way up to go down but it's not easy to bump out of place so you will hardly ever have to move it after it is set how you want.

I have had this chair for over a year and at first, it seemed quite good but was always slightly wobbly and the build quality is not the best. The foam in the seat is relatively thin and flattens throughout the day. Eventually, the foam in the middle of the seat completely concaved and is now like sitting on bare plastic and uncomfortable. The leatherette (plether) is also cracking in some places on mine. The lumbar support is also overcorrecting.

I cannot recommend this for anything other than light use. It is just not robust enough for long term home/office use. Would probably be adequate for casual use though. Been through a few office chairs including the Dxracer gaming chairs but this one had me at first sight. Comfortable and ergonomic, I’ve had this for a few weeks now and have enjoyed each work session in it. I use my computer for extended periods of time and this chair has really made my experience much more pleasant. this was just the smartest buy I've made in ages. There are so many adjustments available that even Quasimodo would be comfortable in this chair. I don't use it for gaming, but i do sit in it a long time at the office and I'm comfortable even after 10 hours at my desk. I was long over due for a new chair, so headed into PB to see if they had this one on display, unfortunately there wasn't one. My second choice chair was the Loctek YZ502 (this chair also wasn't on display) but ending up taking a gamble and bought the GE300.

For the record I'm 180cm and 70kg, and this chair seems to be a perfectly fine fit for me, it was also very easy to assemble.

Also people have mentioned that the head rest does not stay it place. I've found that there is a trick to it, when you lower the headrest to the lowest level it activates the locking mechanism. You will hear a clicking noise as you push it up to set the correct height for you. This can be reset again by pushing it all the way to the top and then back down to the bottom again.

The only thing that doesn't allow me to give this chair five stars is that the lean back feature, there's no micro adjustment, it seems to be either 90, 110 or 130 degrees. Apart from that the chair is very comfortable, would highly recommend if you're looking for a new chair.
