Works with CM products for other brand it can be hit and miss. Some brands have have issues with the connector size. I chose this hub over the other available ones as other people's reviews were more positive. I'm glad I did so. It was exactly what I needed. The motherboard I bought only had 2 ports, and I needed 3 more. Works well, it's also magnetic and slim enough, so I stuck it in an ssd area that I wasn't using. I ran out of fan connectors on my MoBo and this made the install tidier and cheaper than buying the only ugly molex splitters I could find. I don't use the RGB so can't comment on that but the function is there if I want to use it in the future.

1. Only one I can think of is that the fan speeds can't be controlled individually. Though that is not a problem in this case. I ran out of fan connectors on my MoBo and this made the install tidier and cheaper than buying the only ugly molex splitters I could find. I don't use the RGB so can't comment on that but the function is there if I want to use it in the future.

I absolutely love this hub. Being an RGB noob it was easy to install and made a build I was doing for my son all the more special. I am abysmal at cable management but even in a TD500 V2 Mesh (from PB Tech) mid tower case it can be managed beautifully. I absolutely love this hub. I have a coolermaster case, and this hub made it so easy to power additional case fans as well as supply RGB signal. Works well with coolermaster fans, but fans with larger plugs may need those plugs trimmed to fit this board. This is an awesome fan and rgb hub, love how tidy it looks in my case. Note if you have extra wide rgb plugs on your devices they won't fit, i had to shave a bit off the side of some to get them into the port holes.
