The assemble process took about an hour. The desk can hold a good amount of weight. I have a 27 inch monitor, a laptop and a PS5 on it. it can move up and down quietly and smoothly. I also like that it has 4 different height presets that can set for standing and sitting for multiple people. Also, the USB port that is handy to charge my phone and mouse.

Currently, I brought it back to PBTech for a service after talking to their support and trying to reset it at home without any lucks. I haven't heard any updates from them yet and was asked to wait for 7 to 10 days. I will revisit this review after hearing back from PBTech.

Update:
- PB tech was able to reset it for free and the service took about 6 days. The table works fine after.
- On the 10th month of using it, it broke again. I followed the reset manual that PB tech gave me but it didn't work. I left the desk unplug for 2 days and did the reset according to the manual and was able to fix it.
- On the 12th month it broke again when lowering it down - haven't tried to reset it but will ask PB tech for refund/replacement.
- After some research on the internet and Reddit, some people have a similar issue as mine with same error codes.

Update Aug 11 2024:
- PB tech sent a motor replacement for one of the legs
- I replaced the leg and the desk works okay and hopefully it won't get stuck again

I have been impressed with the build quality. Very solid, well made parts. Small things like the bolts being heavy and not soft garbage.
The motor is very quiet and smooth.

I purchased an additional cable management tray (Loctek CMP502 White Under Desk Cable Management Basket Tray) and combined have a very tidy and lovely set up.
