The lights won't work at all if you don't have the Corsair RGB controller. They aren't compatible with any old RGB controller. Apart from that they work well. Amazing product: Corsair LL RGB fans have a loop of lighting integrated into their frame. Amazingly, there is also a second loop around the central hub that houses more LEDs for what is essentially a double-loop setup.

The Corsair 120 mm RGB fan pack is the best value for my money, this is everything i need to power and control the lighting and the air flow control for my build. Nice enough fan, compatible with my existing AIO Corsair CPU Watercooler, however when mounting the fans into the case, the screws basically just chewed out the pre-drilled holes in the fans (All 4 of them I purchased). The result of packaging with poor quality screws. If you purchase these, try to get better screws... Other than that they seem to be doing the job so far... (Looking pretty and blowing air!) The LL series are my pick of the Corsair bunch. Not quiet the performace of the ML series, but the ML series trade good looks for very marginal performance gains. The LL's don't have as many LEDs as the QL series, but quite frankly they don't need them, and airflow the performance is better than QL models. The LL series are my pick of the Corsair bunch. Very good price for what they are. The RGB on them can be customized and when given the right potential they look amazing (highly suggest using Signal RGB with them).
