I work long hours in front of a computer and struggle often with sore shoulders and upper back. this has been amazing at relieving pain and returning some mobility after a 10-15min session. Its also been great for short bursts on my lower legs and calf muscles. The case is a nice touch and make it easy to store while keeping it all together and clean. Its well built and quite sturdy, not plasticy compared to some online only shops from overseas.

I have used this by myself on my upper back with no issues and it does work, but it definitely works heaps better if you have someone else holding it if you going to do your back.

Definitely would recommend for adults, but it has been too much for my kids (aged 15 and under). I picked it up while it was on special and for the price point it was really good value for money.
