This is an best electric toothbrush I've ever had. You pay a bit more but it is worth it. Has various modes to choose from. Gives a great clean, wouldn't go back to cheaper models after this one. After all the reviews and reading about toothbrushes (pretty impressed with the options out there) I've picked this one up and it has exceeded my expectations. Love the app and the tracking, reminders etc. Love the toothbrush overall, great cleaning power and I like you can change the different modes. I get a dental checkup every six months and my dentist has noticed a dramatic improvement in my teeth and gum health since using this brush. This is my second purchase of the same brush, the old one lasted about 4 years before the battery began to die so expect about 4/5 years use from this one. Replaced a lower spec'd Oral-B Vitality toothbrush. I compared this to the Oral-B 2000 & 3000 models. The 7000 gives a superior clean & is well worth the extra money. The different cleaning modes are really good; I especially like the Deep Clean option. It does have a bigger handle than the lower spec'd models but I find it really comfortable to hold due to the rubberised surface. The battery charge lights are helpful & the travel case is really useful. It is noisy but that doesn"t worry me. And I don't care about the app functions but they're there if you want them. Toothbrush is OK but it is too noisy and the battery lasts around 9 days, not 2 weeks. I don't use the Oral-b app so if you are going to use it maybe it lasts 7 days because the bluetooth. A little bit dissapointed because my wife has a sonic type of another brand and the battery lasts 3 weeks easily, makes much less noise and weighs less. I bought this one to have 2 different types of toothbrushes and could swap them at any given time. Powerful toothbrush, does what you expect it to do. I love the indicator if you apply too much pressure. The timer that indicates to change to a different area to brush is really helpful.
