Have tested day and night for a couple of days.
Overall good deal.

Pros: Fits well, adjustable chin strap and can tighten size by rotating clasp at back.
Good ventilation, actually cooler to wear than a cap.
Magnetic charging port is very nice.
Lights nice and bright with clear flashing modes.

Cons: Lights could be better. They are plenty bright but two of the modes are light sensitive so bright headlights or street lighting can turn your helmet lights off.

If I'm going for a cycle I want to know the lights are on, not just hoping the sensitivity of a sensor is set right. When turning lights on it is always on the first setting so requires pushing the on button about 4 times to get to the correct "always on" mode. You need to do this every time you turn it on. Would get 4 stars if the default mode was "always on - flashing". Really there should not be a light sensitive option on the helmet.

Overall feels a bit like someone made a lamp assembly and glued it to the helmet. This makes it difficult to open and disconnect the light sensors.

This seems a nice product, the lights are bright, it fits comfortably. The proof of a good helmet no matter how good the flashy safety "extras" are, is how it preforms in a crash, or possibly angry magpies. It nesting time. I don't imagine these are very safe as there is no choice of size. Helmets are meant to fit properly to be effective. Chin strap does not make up for incorrect helmet size.
