I did a lot of research before buying this to make sure I was buying the best product within my price range. I am happy with the quality, although there are a couple of pros and cons.
For context, I ride this 20mins to work and 20mins back on week days. There is a fairly steep hill on my route.

- The Firmware update introduced a marked improvement to power. Before the update, I would notice the scooter struggling after about 15mins, and if I was going up the hill I would need to add a bit of leg power to get up the hill at a slow crawl. After the update, I was easily able to tackle the hill and the scooter rides at a comfortable 11-20km/h.
- Reliable and the cruise control mode is great for long, straight bicycle lanes. Saves my thumb from getting sore.

Cons:
- Got to be careful when braking on wet ground, or driving around large seedpods or windfall. Most of the time the scooter has traction, but there have been a few times where the wheels have skidded somewhat and it doesn't take a lot to cause that. This is more due to the wheel size and will be the same with other scooters.
- The LED lights stopped working 2-3 months into owning my scooter. This is covered under warranty, but the estimated time given to fix was 1 week and the bus to work is not great. It is 100% my responsibility to make the transport solution work - the customer service I have experienced in regards to this has been amazing so far.
- Also have to be careful with wet weather, as this scooter is marked as 'light rain only'. Weatherproof ratings are not something many scooters have, though.

Pretty good scooter. Good quality of materials, handles and brakes well, good head light (better than Xiaomi's one).

Please note that gradeability is not in degrees but in percents, this is a typo in description. Climb 20% is just about 11 degrees of max slope. For example if you live in Auckland, the scooter won't climb the Howe street up to the K'road. The rear brake is some kind of friction brakes like on kids scooters, which is not great on steep streets like Howe street, disk or drum like on Ninebot Max would work better for steep hills. I've had this thing for two years now. It's been ridden daily in wet weather, gravel, street, grass etc. and it has never missed a beat.

Only issue is a rattling sound from the rear brake that keeps coming back.

A bit harder to balance compared to the G30 but you get used to it, just keep your knees bent when at speed especially when braking. The physical brake kicks in suddenly after the magnetic brake which can be unsettling at first.

I bought this scooter to commute to the local croquet club and to go for trips around the various shared tracks. This scooter does exactly what I bought it for. It's got good range, flexible performance and is very robust. It is not fancy like some scooters with disk brakes and fancy dials and as a result will not need much maintenance or brak if dropped. It is supposed to be portable but while it is no bother to fold up I would not want to carry it far is a bit heavy. I'd recommend this scooter to anyone wanting a machine to use around town that is simple and robust. Needs to be charged all the time, though. With all that power comes a thirst for electricity.
Although, it is worth mentioning that I run it exclusively in sports mode.

It's a really good electric scooter. It takes about 5 hours to charge. We can customize the light colour and view the km range with the help of segway app. I use it every day. the first one I purchased had loose squeaking knocking steering... they replaced it... the second one had a faulty brakes... they refused to replace it stating "its supposed to make that noise" what a complete load of rubbish! ended up asking for my original scooter back and repaired it myself. I was shocked to discover that 3 of the four bolts holding the steering on had completely come loose. segway top of the range huh? not sure about that. you are reading this correctly. like it, great distance, gets u up a hill just, generaly slow no real zip to it but speedy cross town once u kno it better, back wheel fender broke twice already after only few days all i did was ride off footpath to road gutters couple times and screw came out and it rattles like crazy, put new screw in it then five mins later it broke again at the front of foot brake on fender metal brake snapped out of its plastic where it fits into the fender, kinda sux i have to do a homemade job of fixing it two weeks after buying it, wasnt that rough on it really. like it, great distance, gets u up a hill just, generaly slow no real zip to it but speedy cross town once u kno it better, back wheel fender broke twice already after only few days all i did was ride off footpath to road gutters couple times and screw came out and it rattles like crazy, put new screw in it then five mins later it broke again at the front of foot brake on fender metal brake snapped out of its plastic where it fits into the fender, kinda sux i have to do a homemade job of fixing it two weeks after buying it, wasnt that rough on it really.
