Do you own this product?
Not a great experience for multiple users
First impressions are not great coming from the (now sadly discontinued) Fitbit Aria 2.
This Eufy scale only uses weight to tell users apart, so if two users are within 3kg of each other you MUST have the app open on your phone with the correct person selected before you weigh, or the record will be logged under the default person. You can't move this record, only delete it. Fitbit and Withings do it much better by displaying the name on the scale and you tap with your foot to change to the next similar person.. big usability letdown here from Eufy for a premium product.
