I had a Roomba vacuuming labrador hair for 10 years (battery replacement once) before it stopped. I also bought a Scooba but it was terrible and stopped working within 2 years. After a couple of years with a Dyson V15 I was sick of doing it myself and would never buy another Dyson. So I went to buy another iRobot but came home with this and although it takes up a lot of space it is great! It still leaves a little hair in one or two random corners but does a reasonable job of the mopping with just water. It is not as random as my iRobot so if it lasts half as long I'd buy another one. Love this!!! I have programmed it to vacuum the kitchen daily, and it handles the cat litter effortlessly. Every third day, it also mops the floor. You can even use the app to schedule zone cleaning for specific areas as needed. This device has genuinely saved me a significant amount of time each day. The only regular maintenance required is emptying the water tank for the mop every 1-2 weeks, which is minimal.

When purchasing a vacuum like this, I highly recommend investing a bit more for a high-quality machine. It will save you many headaches in the long run. Purchased to do daily vacuuming of living areas. Picks up pet hair better than expected.
