- Button/s on the right earcup facing away from the cushion that controls modes for "Voice" and "Game" only notifies via sound that it has been changed and note this will disable the other mode's playback device but in case you were afk you may be troubleshooting as to why there is no sound coming out of your headset for no reason. To fix this either change modes on the headset or change playback device to the mode that is selected.

I have been using these for a month now and am enjoying them, its just the small things you need to factor in and may be resolved for the next GEN otherwise its a good headset to pickup but definitely worth on a good deal when available.

After owning this headset for over a year I can say confidently that this headset is complete and utter trash, the base station stops fitting the headset properly and struggles to charge due to the plastic of the earpieces becoming deformed just from being on one's head, the plastic smooth coating peels from the headset around the same time and you'll also notice very quickly how awful the mic is, you can test it in it's own software and it sounds great, however when using in discord or any other application you'll find it's quality to be atrocious at best, this headset is a complete and utter joke.
Now at roughly 1.5 years into owning this headset the base station that runs the wireless connection has died on me almost completely, it just turns itself off and on leaving me without audio for up to an hour at a time which is downright awful. With a quick google search I can say that I am by far and away no means the only user who is experiencing even half of these issues, these issues are commonplace and it is genuinely sad.
Pros:
decent battery life (12hours, the battery degrades rather quickly tbh)
decent range (10 metres?)
overall convenience

cons:
awful mic
awful set of bugs and issues with little to no support for them
awful software
terrible base station system
slow as hell charging

Found the headphones to be fundamentaly flawed when used on a PC. The bass was muddy and overwhelming which drown out all other frequencies. Online research meant I needed to use the playstation setting which gave a more flat eq that was reminiscent of my old headphones. This means I loose the use of the astro software and it's adjustable eq. It's now functional but ultimately disappointing especially for the price. Awesome comfy light headphones you can wear for hours with great sound, Just let down by their horrible software/firmware update function. All videos on PC would freeze when I turned them on and I couldn't find the problem tried to use update and got very frustrating. They have been confined to PS5 where the work fine. The software is bad, likes to change the settings by itself.

The fit is great.... until that bit of plastic on the band gets twisted and permanently distorts the headband shape so they no longer just slot into the base, you have to jiggle and jiggle. Also at this point the plastic will be constatly falling off. People have taken to 3D printing clips to prevent it.

The mic is a dice roll. Either your P likes it and it works swell or it doesn't and everyone you talk to is going to say you're too quiet or too loud.

Nice comfortable headset and has good sound. The only issue I have is it can be very temperamental when placing it on the charging base station as won't always connect and start charging and can take a few attempts to get it to start charging. Have only used these for a few weeks, but very happy with them overall.

They have a good battery life, good deep sound, very comfortable on the ears and mostly easy set up.

Although the instructions are minimal it's fairly easy to set up, and you can use optical cable through your tv if you want to use them as a headphones for other devices/services, which still works just as well. Have only used these for a few weeks, but very happy with them overall.

The headset is really good, only have had for about a month. The wireless is really good especially coming from wired headphones would recommend. Got these at a good discount, heads up though to make them work on PS4 Slim you will need an adapter. Wish they had some way to plug in non-wirelessly as well.
