I bought them to have a more comfortable pair for running, but they have failed this because they make my heavy footsteps very loud in my head. I have found them to be great for doing loud chores, like washing dishes, doing vacuuming etc. and they are not bad for walking.
Pros:
- Well balanced sound with good directionality
- Mostly good noise cancelling
- Decent inbuilt microphone
- Solid construction
Cons:
- Controls are weird, not good for wet hands

- Initially uncomfortable but it gets better
- Amplifies wind and footsteps
- Tight so they increase sweating
- Soundstage is quite closed, so most music sounds a little more claustrophobic than with speakers or openback headphones

Bought this during Cyber Monday sale, very good discount down to a more reasonable price than the normal RRP of $700.

Have been using this mainly for work, talking on the phone, which has excellent call quality, it was so good that if I stopped talking, the person at the other end would think the call was dropped out.

Only thing though is this doesn't have NFC even though the PB Tech listing states wireless technology to be bluetooth/NFC, a bit misleading I thought, maybe PB should remove NFC from it. Design is awesome, comfort on is awesome, case and presentation.. all gold class. The quality is outstanding. Can be logged into 2 phones at the same time (My work and personal at the same time) so if one rings while listening to spotify on the other it will ring in the earphones which is super super awesome.

I replaced a fairly new pair of Bose QC35 II with this new Bose product. While the QC35s are a great set of cans, these are better. At work I used to be able to hear conversations in the background...no longer the case, it’s like being in a vacuum (a good thing), and the fact you can dial it down in 11 increments makes it all the much better. Bass is good in these (a regular complaint with Bose). If you have the money, buy these, I’ve been through a few NC headphones, and these are the best I’ve owned. Battery live is rather less than expected. I'm not sure if it would last a long haul flight. In the office, it seems to draw down rather faster than expected.

In the month or so that I have owned them, these have changed my life. The noise cancelling function makes travel much easier and more relaxing and the sound quality has totally changed how I listen to music.

Only had for a month, however so far they have been excellent. Great battery life and the noise cancellation is amazing.
