As a transport company it is important to us that our driver behaviors are in line with our company values and this product allows them to stay in constant communication without the temptations of using there cellphones/tablets in an unsafe manner.

We are a Transport company and purchased large quantities of Jabra Talk 45 for our team. This product has excellent noise cancellation, the Operator is easy to hear without all the back ground noise in a CAB, thus eliminating a hand held device. You can also have 2 mobile devices connected at the same time, something the guys favor.

Only downfall is, when the guys take of their vests or sweatshirts, sometimes the ear piece come off and gets lost.

Don't know why I never got one of these before! Works perfectly and unnoticeable in the ear. Even went to bed with it in, forgot it was there! The Jabra Talk 45 does everything I expect it to do very well - it's intuitive, call clarity is good, and the microphone seems to be good. Call recipients haven't complained about low volume or fuzzy reception, although it does seem to pick up some background noise - not intrusive, though.

The downside is that the bit that fits in your ear is big and has hard edges, so it doesn't sit nicely in my ear, and isn't comfortable at all. I really like the soft hook that goes over my ear, which is good because it's the only thing that stops the whole unit flying off my ear if I'm moving around.

It comes with a truly awful American accent and voice to tell battery level and connection status and so on. Why can't they offer an English accent at least, and a voice that doesn't sound like a rusty hacksaw blade?
