These are the worst Bluetooth earphones full stop. They connect to the phone randomly all the time. They don't charge sometimes. Sometimes one doesn't charge. Had them for 4 months and they were a pain they wouldn't switch off when in the case so they would run flat. When in their case they would keep connecting and disconnecting from the phone because they wouldn't turn off and at the end the left one stopped working all together and wouldn't turn back on when opening the case so took them back got refund. I was initially excited when I bought these earbuds, as they exhibited excellent battery retention, simulated ANC, and a great sound quality for the price.
The battery is a highlight - these truly last the marketed 10-12 hours out of the case, and do it with depth and comfort.

Unfortunately, as is an issue with other JBL earbuds, the charging surfaces on the buds/in the case seem to degrade quickly, and after only 2 weeks one of the buds died and could not be recharged. I havent had much experience with ear buds but thought these had a repuatble brand behind them.

The audio is great listening to music or movies/shows, they have a nice comfy fit
Havent used them for calls or such as yet so not sure how good the mic is

Note: I did have an issue connecting them to my PC's motherboard bluetooth but as soon as i went and got my bluetooth dongle from my old setup they connected easily and sound good, not sure why this was an issue I havent had much experience with ear buds but thought these had a repuatble brand behind them.

I have enjoyed the JBL Tune bean! They are great for the gym or a run. They have never fell off and the quality of the music is great. I was surprise of the quality and the price!
