The sound quality and battery life on the earbuds is great, but the actual design I found to be quite annoying. Obviously the earbuds can fall out, if you drop them in the case they're quite likely to fall out, but if in your pocket they stay in. However, having them in your pocket, you'll find they collect quite a lot of dust and other materials which not only affects the top, but also gets on the area which goes into your ears. This is the thing I find most annoying. Overall, the quality of the buds is really good, but if you're planning to use them while out and about during the day like me, the functionality of them is not ideal. I loved my previous JBLs and when they died these were the logical replacement.

I purchased these headphones a year ago and I have found them extremely versatile. They have good sound quality, connect easily, the battery lasts more than enough and the noise isolation is surprisingly good. They are rugged enough surviving several drops and day to day wear. Bought these while they were on sale and love them. Easy to link up, easy to use & they have a decent range on them ( I can leave my phone upstairs, while I vacuum downstairs).
