Too much sound loss out of the headphones, so bad that I can't play CS with my mic open since there's so much feedback it annoys my team. I.e my team can hear my in game sounds, so I'm forced to use mic on/off binds. Will have to buy a better quality pair. I've had the product for two months at this point. One month in and it began to have problems. Being weary about my previous headset that broke, I tried to keep this one in good condition. Never unplugging the audio cable or running over the cables. One month into ownership, I turned on the computer one day and audio refused to work, no matter what I tried. The mic worked however. I'm not the only person who has had this problem beforehand. I searched the Logitech forums and found a suggestion from a Logitech support person suggesting to uninstall Logitech G Hub (which seems required to enable surround sound). I'd suggest looking for another headset and not have the chance of running into these problems... I emailed Logitech support and they gave a copy/paste answer about things any sane person would have previously tried.

Gave my earlier model to my Mum for facebook etc. and now using the newer model. Works great, very comfortable, prefer the volume adjust on the earpiece, like the way they lie flat.
