While the sound quality was OK (not great) and the battery life was good. The headphone is held together by cheap plastic. My son's broke just from regular use in taking them on and off in less than 3 months, never once dropped them. We tried to return them for exchange as they were obviously faulty and they are meant to have a 1 yr warranty but were told that it was a result of "user induced damage" so apparently that one year warranty doesn't cover if you plan on putting them on your head like normal headphones. These headphones are neat, i use about 6hours a day and have only recharged once in three weeks. Both my husband and i have a pair and handy even when working out or cleaning around the house. The plastic that this is made of is poor quality. It was starting to feel flimsy early on and 6mths later, the headset has cracked. These headphones are worth every penny and they sound decent but not spectacular, the headphone’s bass and tone is very weak but was optimised very well to provide good headphones with great battery life and decent sound quality. Have tried many head phones never found the right ones. Panasonic are the best and these are worth every cent.
They canceled out the out side noise. Base is very good also.

Comfy to wear, functions exactly as expected, charges quickly.
