I spent the morning googling prices, PB Tech were the best and cheapest! Friendly helpful staff who show you the picture of the product on their computer before fetching it for you. Colored ink was out of stock so I pre-paid & recieved a text just under 1 week later to collect my product. Will check PB Tech's website FIRST when needing anything for home, work or play! Bought this ink as refill for our HP printer and I am very happy with the results. 4 of 5 stars as it smudges when using a highlighter on the ink - not sure if that's supposed to be. Smooth black ink in the desired quality. Delivery was fast. Easy online-ordering. Ink cartridges, especially HP ones, don't last long as a rule. I must say that this one for the downstairs printer has given good service.
