    A great mobo, with only a couple of minor annoyances: - Support for Sound BlasterX 720° -> this is a horrible and buggy *software* package that you definitely do not want installed if you're a gamer or care about your audio (music or film/tv). The sound with the Realtek drivers *only* is pretty good, much better than most, but not quite as good as the Z270 Gaming 8. - If you're booting from an NVMe drive, check and double-check it's actually registering as NVMe in the BIOS, and tinker with the settings as necessary, before you install all your stuff on that drive. You probably need to turn CSM off completely, for instance. It's a bit diffe...

    I originally was going to purchase a lesser version of this motherboard. I am so glad I paid the extra price! It was everything you need and 3 M.2 slots! Also, (which wasn't really a consideration for me) the LED lights look great. The BIOS is easy to use. All in all another great product from Gigabyte.
