It gets the job done however I would not recommend getting this one if you are planing on using the screw instead of the clam as the design is not as secure.
I would recommend getting the Loctek DLB112 instead of this mount as it is a more robust model that is usually cheaper and has a much more secure through the desk design. I've had this for about a month, no buyer's remorse as of yet.

This does most of the things, but not everything, you want monitor arms to do. You could find other arms that have more features than this one, but it's diminishing returns on increasing costs from here.

You have to have both arms at the same height, and you're committed to having this at a fixed height relative to your desk. The upside to this is that the arms fit easily in a constrained space.

This is one of the taller arms I could find. But even then - if you don't have an adjustable desk height and/or taller than the average male (1.75m) you might find this product too short.

A variety of screws and bolts for the VESA mounts are provided but little guidance as to which ones are the most appropriate.

Overall, it's a good product. Assembles easily and does the job. My only concern is that the head of one of the screws used to hold the upright pipe to the desk clamp sticks up slightly above the metal plate, I'm concerned this could scratch the desk. There are rubber covers but that just concentrates the load on the screw head. I might put a wooden offcut between the clamp and the desk surface to prevent damage. Overall, it's a good product. Not even great quality "for the price". Great quality point. Would have loved it even more if the arms could move up and down instead of having to screw something loose first. Does everything I want it to. You cant have the two monitor arms at different heights as they're joined together, but that's not something I want.

Drilled a hole in my desk to mount it and it's mega-solid. Can't comment on the solidity of the included clamp but it looks pretty sturdy.

This is very good value for the price and once I worked out that you only do 2a OR 2b in the instructions it was very easy to assemble.

I needed to take one of my screens off last week and ended up having to undo all 4 screws rather than just being able to lift it off the bracket. I need to learn how to do this as we are moving out for re-repairs soon. I brought this to mount my 2 monitors (one 24' one 27') to my desk as it was a good price and looked sturdy, setup was very easy and only took about 15 minutes for me to setup with my dad using the instructions. with this mount u can tilt the monitor up and down as well as rotate it if you would like to have one of your monitors vertical. comes with brackets and slots for simple cable management, height of monitors is adjustable.
