Bought this bracket about 2 weeks ago as an upgrade from a T-bar type bracket because I needed more space under my monitors and hands down this was the best purchase ever. Product is neat, sturdy and love the included cable management. Assembly was easy but one thing the picture instructions doesn't make clear is the purpose of the + and - on each arm.

Turn the nut to + to increase the force needed to balance your monitor. The heavier the monitor, the more tightening you'll need. Thankfully someone else previously made a similar review comment and was able to fix my uneven arms after assembly.

Now I have used it for a month. I have two 27’’ philips monitor, also installed tower bracket, keyboard drawer, and under desk wiring system. Works no issues. You have to adjust the screws, otherwise the arms cannot hold. It’s not perfect with some scratches, but does a fantastic job at its price. Now my deskspace is totally free. It’s incredibly cheap compared to other big brands product and they look same to me although I know there must be slight difference. But for a normal user, who would adjust monitors up and down every day? As if I care about how smooth the movement is.

Several things to be careful:
1. I would say it can’t hold 30” as it advertised.27-28 probably Max. Older monitors are heavier than newer ones.
2. Your hdmi and power cables better to be 2m long or longer.
3. In order for it to move freely, there must be a 20cm space behind the desk. See the design of the arms carefully.

So i have two monitors, one which is 31.5” & one that is 27”.
The 31.5” monitor is too heavy for the arm even though it is below its max weight rating so i cannot use it with it in the max height. Unlucky on my part so i have to wait until i purchase another monitor which suits it, other than that i can see it being a useful mount with the proper setup. This arm is super high quality, the adjustments and angles you can make to it are really impressive. It holds my 2 x 32" monitors with ease. I am impressed by the build quality of this dial monitor stand. It's very sturdy, heavy and stable. There's nothing light weight about it. So if you want a industrial stand that'll go the distance, this one will do that. I bolted it down through the top of the desk, it ain't going anywhere. Looks good, great price. Couldn't fault it. 1.) The bottom half of the arm is a fixed height and can't be adjusted
2.) The specs say it can hold up to 32" and 9kgs per arm but Im using it with a 27" curved gaming monitor and it struggles sometimes to hold it at the correct tilt/height even after tightening all the bolts up. This is a great product. Super simple to set up and easily sustains the weight of both of my Gaming monitors. I've been using it for about a month now and genuinely couldn't imagine going back to not having one. My Desk feels like it has so much space now that just wasn't there before, and the cable management system keeps everything looking super tidy This is a great product. Solid, well made and easy to set up and adjust. Have it clamped to the back of my desk holding up two 24" monitors. Includes VESA mounting screws in the pack.
