The major flaw that I found with this bracket is that you can't lock the screen in place once you mount it. So you'll go to adjust the position of your TV it can slide horizontally along the bracket, which is pretty annoying.

I also purchased the Loctek 47"-90" (for a larger TV) which does lock it's horizontal movement so I wish I had just gotten two of those, it costs slightly more but well worth it. Me and my husband has purchased this item due to our twins are starting to bang on the tv! and it was a great purchase for its price! it stays on the wall safely and able to flex to tilt up and down :) Highly recommended! The is a fantastic bracket for mounting a TV.
Easy to mount. It comes with a small spirit level so you can get it straight.
Also easy to get the TV onto the bracket. Just attach the mounting brackets to the tv, and drop it in place.

Was very happy with my purchase. The bracket was easy to install and came with all the necessary screws and instructions I needed. One small downside is the weight of the bracket, it's much easier if you have a second person to help you install. Was very happy with my purchase. Excellent product that was almost half the price of competing products with a cantilever arm. Mount is doing its job great, tilt, swivel (a little) and pull in and out for better angle. I think PB Tec needs to revisit the product, as the screws that come with the brackets are not correct size, when I asked for a different product which is suitable for the TV that I bought, The customer service person was extremely rude.

I did my refund but tbh- the Product is not compatible with Samsung TV.
