Unreliable
I needed this to keep a computer connected to the Internet permanently. But the software regularly disconnected. Within a couple of minutes sometimes. So just not worth having as it was unreliable.

Install a 2 Degrees SIM card, then plugged into Asus Router, changed Asus Router settings to use D-Link dongle, then able to surf the internet.
Does a good job
I needed a replacement T Stick as my old one, supplied by my telco provider, died. This has replaced it with no problems. My old stick had the ability to store a default message that went with every txt. This one does not have the feature.
Works but difficult to configure for Mac
The local fibre Internet went offline for a couple of weeks so I needed a cellular USB modem to plug into my usual modem so everything at home can carry on as usual without the need for all devices (Security cams, TVs, computers etc) to be individually reconfigured to a temporary wifi hotspot every time they need be used.
The D-Link USB modem first needed a firmware upgrade which I downloaded from D-Link's website using the appropriate link for macOS, but the website instead downloaded a Windows-only file so I needed my son to use his PC instead to run the firmware upgrade. Anyone without a Windows box is out of luck.
