Bought two monitors for lockdown working from home. I ordered them just before lockdown and arrived in good time even after Level 4 had started. Not too much to say about them other than the colours are bright and they do exactly what they say on the tin. Very quick and easy to set up - connect the stand, plug in HDMI/DisplayPort and power, switch on. Only minor complaint is that the stand in the box is very basic and isn't adjustable so they're both sitting on books and I can't adjust the viewing angle; but they have the standard mounting screws for use with a better stand. Bought this monitor a few days before lockdown to be able to better work from home. Good size for the home office and with multiple inputs I can switch between different laptops with a push of a button. Great service, didn't;t try to upset me to something that I didn't need and then was able to swap from in-store pick-up to delivery after the lockdown was implemented. The monitor is great, the sound quality for the built in speakers is not bad either. Easy plug and play device, no problems with set up. Light so easy to move.

Slightly different colors on the edges, it looks like blueish shades (changing my viewpoint does not matter).
Sound is clear, but completely missing bass tones. I would not expect anything better for a monitor in this price-range though.

Good colour and sound for the price. Definitely not for doing anything where the refresh rate could be an issue as it is noticeably slow. I have used it for a few weeks now and am happy with it. I bought this monitor over lock-down as I EEED it for study. It was a mistake. The picture is OK, but the blackpoint is rubbish. The backlighting is not even when then screen is white, and the black is not even when it is dark. The user interface is also very very early 2000's. Sleep mode doesn't exist and the monitor keeps restarting every minute or so. Sound is also tinny. Really a total let down to be honest
When I spoke with the store manager at the Henderson store he was confrontational and inflexible. He said "what do you expect for this priced monitor" Also attempted multiple contacts with PBTech main office. No call back

The picture quality on this monitor is great - bright and crisp. However, the stand that connects the screen to the base is very wobbly, so even moving the mouse or typing the keyboard causes the screen to wobble from side to side. Reaction to remote control is pretty slow and sometimes feel glitchy. For some reason in tv settings there is no way to change/view it's resolution.
