I'm pretty sure the one I got was faulty (i.e. put together back to front) as the sticky side of the screen protector was facing the tabs that your supposed to peal away from the screen.
Ended up with a ruined and unusable screen protector, and now will need to buy another one while my new S20 Ultra goes unprotected. I doubt PbTech will offer a replacement because I expect they'll just tell me its user error, but i am sure I followed the instructions and the screen protector was at fault. I've installed many screen protectors in the past for phones and tablets successfully without an issue, so consider myself somewhat experienced.

I have the same problem - sticky side of the screen protector was facing the tabs that you're supposed to peel away from the screen. Really bad experience as fingerprint ended up on the sticky side. Maybe this a design problem.
Purchased this protector about a month ago. The installation was pretty straight forward, just follow the instructions and you'll be sweet. When I installed it there was one tiny bubble at the top left corner, but it disappeared overnight. The fingerprint sensor works great with this protector. The reason why I didn't give it a 5 star review is cause this protector is a few mills shorter than the screen, but I'm not overly bothered by it.
