SATECHI M1 Wireless Mouse - Space Grey

Aesthetics are great if you have apple space grey stuff (or other kit with similar colour) and the aluminium is quite thin but appears solid enough. For functionality, like a lot of the feedback from other sites, it is quite small or "low", meaning it could mean your hand will get tired easily. Functionality, the textured roller wheel made from aluminium is solid, however for Windows 10, there appears to be no setting for any directional change for scrolling - is only "one-way" (haven't tried this with my Mac) - this is opposite to apple magic mouse 2 which is changeable. I was looking for an apple alternative to fit the part with the rest of my space grey/black here and this mouse has ticked all the boxes. Hugely cheaper than the apple mouse'. It does feel a little cheaper with its plastic components - but that's where the consumer savings are made, and it's significant. Easy to set up and functionally, It works really well. I have an Apple mouse and was looking for something similar for my work windows laptop. I wasn’t expecting the same level of perfection from this little and comparatively cheap devise. As soon as i saw a few review video's on Youtube. And seeing that its made of aluminium and has a built in rechargeable battery i new i had to have it. I bought this mouse 1 month ago and I cannot express how impressed i was with the build quality of the mouse. It is small, compact and portable which is great for work on the go. It has now come to be my mouse of preference to be used with my Ipad pro 12.9 inch. Prior to purchasing the mouse, I read up reviews online and read that many people found it to be a bit too small for their liking. Although the mouse is more on the compact size. I do not see why it would affect its functionality at all unless you are playing games with it. After seeing the reviews online I expected more. Not even an hour of use and the mouse wheel has (rather unironically) started squeaking extremely loudly. It's so annoying it's unbearable. It's also way too low and unergonomic. Not comfortable at all. Back to my Logitech, I guess - I just hope the Satechi keyboard I bought doesn't have issues too!
