Ordered Sunday night, arrived Tuesday by 10am. Awesome service from PB Tech and your courier company - only qualm, is the size of the box my battery was delivered - the battery was in a box itslef which fit the full width of the outer box, but the outer was a square-ish box (310x260x260)!! Quite wasteful, especially with the plastic air bag too for a product measuring 300x60x45mm Perfect! So easy to make sure I had the right one, and the option of a return if it was wrong was really helpful.

Battery pack is excellent thus far - however it did replace an original that came with the PC and it was faulty so I can not recommend the longevity of this product. However the back up customer service from PB Tech has a lot to answer for. There phone answering service is worse than Vodafone or Spark!!! The manager that I spoke with was both rude and certainly didn't have the customers needs in front of him. The lack of empathy and speed in getting our issue resolved was also a huge let down. Lets just hope the new battery replacement does not become faulty like the original......UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
