Solid piece of equipment, power supply included. Set up several workstations at once, one did not work until the USB-C adapter card thing the goes into the dock was removed and reseated.

Note that the WD-19S model does not have a 3.5mm audio socket, so if you want to use a wired headset you will need a separate adapter or plug it into the laptop. This is the best dock I've used. I love that it's small and doesn't take much space on my desk. It's reliable and I've never had any problems in two months of using it. Been using for a couple of months now, and works perfectly and is reliable ...unlike other docking stations I have used before where the screen suddenly goes blank.
