This product is rubbish. I would like to give zero stars, but then I can't submit the review.
The reason I have it is to allow two monitors. But every day only the laptop screen works.
To get it to work, I have to shut down the laptop, unplug everything -- even remove power from the monitors. Then connect everything again and start-up.
Sometimes after I return from lunch, the monitors are also dead. Then I have to go through the same procedure again.
The docking station my company provided me with before (also Lenovo) NEVER had any issues. That's why I decided to buy Lenovo when I wanted my own dock.

PB Tech have been amazing (Hillcrest) but this product didn't work, we tried X2 to work with the Lenovo Yoga - running a second extended screen just was a nightmare. Eventually bought a $70 multi to enable power & screen with the Yoga (as suggested by the PB Tech) and it works........

Shame as the idea is a good one but it doesn't work with Yoga (Lenovo helpdesk said not to use it either!) We purchased 7 of these in the past and have had no significant issues.

Several Lenovo Laptops - No issues and both screens working
HP with Thunderbold - No issues and both screens working
Mac - One screen worked but this is a limitation of older Macs
Asus - No thunderbolt port so did not work (too old)

Please try either downloading the Lenovo updater tool and/or the latest Displaylink drivers. Also check to make sure the thunderbolt cable is plugged into the correct spot. We purchased 7 of these in the past and have had no significant issues.
