I got this for school and so far it does everything I need it to. I am studying IT so I need a powerful laptop that is still somewhat affordable. It has a really good battery life and runs quietly, the fan isn't loud and keeps my laptop from getting hot when I'm using powerful software. Does all I need for MDS, but is incredibly noisy majority of the time. It was most obvious during a in-person workshop and my laptop could easily be heard in the room full of 30 other laptops. Its quite heavy for a laptop after comparing it with my classmates, and the plastic body is showing signs of wear after just under 6 months. As with the other reviews the specs are great, and the Ryzen is speedy. But the build quality is poor, and so is the cooling. The hinges on mine are no longer even, and require force to realign them every so often. This has caused a corner of the screen to warp. The areas around the ports easily scratch and even crack. On the keyboard the leftmost keys (ESC down to CTRL) have sunked noticeably lower than the rest. Also the backlight has very inconsistent brightness, and i think it has to do with the part of the keyboard I press. Managed to convince the wife we needed a graphics card which is the icing on the cake. Let's me play a few games they way they were meant to be played - high resolution and fast, not low res and laggy. Great for casual gaming.

Love this machine, plays very nicely with my Ubuntu 21.04 Linux system. Superfast boot, great graphics and managed to install the Nvidia Drivers without too much fuss.

needed a new laptop with a dedicated graphics card to run Zwift ( if you aren't a runner or cyclist you wont know what im talking about :) ) as my older laptop just wasn't cutting it.
Mirhan suggested this one would fit the bill and I have to say he knows his stuff.
Very happy , runs well and at a very good resolution and boots up very very quickly.

Nice keyboard and non-reflective screen, runs Ubuntu 20.04 well and GFX drivers loaded seamlessly (you'll need to do a bit of bios config to get it installed tho) as a dual boot.
Not a fan of the middle click on the keyboard, and the power plug is a bit ugh and not so good placement.
