Unlike HP printers where they make things difficult for customers by locking them into a subscription based service for a purchased product, this HP laptop is very user friendly and provides excellent customer repairability and upgradeability. If you're not doing high end gaming or video editing, you should be pretty satified with performance on everyday computing tasks. I am looking forward to being able to easily maintain this laptop rather than traditionally purchasing a new laptop every 4 ish years because one critical component fails. Good job on this laptop HP, now just fix your home printer offerings.
