the laptop itself is good, had to remove a bunch of unwanted software like MacAfee and some random gaming launcher software which was frustrating
Good for the price, but has some flaws
This laptop seemed to be the best bang-for-buck in terms of my criteria being 32Gb RAM, 1Tb SSD, but was still a little more than I wanted to spend. It's not a bad laptop as far as things go, but it's compromised by some weird button placement (power button next to delete button), and the headphone port is too close to the HDMI cable to make it easy to remove the headphone cable.
There's a good number of USB ports, and the battery life is good. The keyboard feels good. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I had a very old laptop that I didn’t want to give up, was very slow and I was worried I wouldn’t know how to work it. This wasn’t the case, everything transferred over so there was no change apart from the speed, so fast. Thank you
Great purchase for the price
Loving this product - easy to set up and use. Great battery life and loving the touch screen functionality.
So far so good!
I had particular requirements and the Probook ticked off all the wants. Along with a pretty good reputation, it’s got plenty of storage & RAM, keypad is nice and touch screen and touch pad are very receptive. Easy set up and go. Only downfall for me so far is the exterior finish, it’s not really finger smudge resistant.
