I was in need of a laptop for the start of university I stumbled across this laptop and bought it after seeing reviews. As soon as I received it I knew it was a great purchase runs smoothly and fast no problems at all. Good laptop for general use, study, watching video, etc. The only thing I dislike is for some reason it really picks up fingerprints, both on the lid and on the inside (weirdly not on the screen). Maybe something to do with the finish, which is kind of matte. Otherwise no issue, a very simple easy to use laptop at a good price. Was purchased by person overseas (U.K.) as a a gift to one in NZ. Finally, one customer service rep took my email seriously. He had my choice of machine, associated software, everything locked away in an account in my name. I woke up to a full set of instructions for the ‘How Too’ get the present from point A to point B. Directed by myself in U.K., with movement of gift monitored carefully by diligent customer service rep.

Gift set up and running within days! Recipient now able to pursue online education, which was the original idea behind the purchase.

A few slow loads here and there but other than that it's great to work with at home, school or at your work place. Been using it for about 2 months now and it's a been an awesome buy. Screen is awesome, The ports are perfect for maybe a plug in mouse or trying to work with a different device, the screen works like an absolute charm and everything is all out amazing. Only complaint was the slow loading speeds but i think that might just be a personal problem with Wi-Fi and all that.
