ASUS PCE-N15

DO NOT BUY THIS CARD, CONSTANTLY DROPPING OUT AND SUPER SLOW CONNECTION.
I should be getting 2-5mb/s but with this terrible card, I get about 20-500kB/s.
Absolutely terrible

Not that good

12 May 2019
Hi everyone, I've had this for around a moth now and it's okay but sometimes the connection slows down and after like 10 minutes it's faster. I'd recommend this if you are really low on budget but I'd suggest the $80 ASUS Wireless adapter. Not only its much more reliable in connection speed but it also has bluetooth (this adapter I'm writing a review on doesn't have blue tooth). Overall just don't get this. It's worth going for the higher budget ASUS adapters

Just perfect

9 October 2018
I have a slim desktop CPU, running ubuntu 14.04LTS.
All I did was open the CPU, plug the adapter to a PCI-e, start the computer.
Add the wireless network to write the password.

None setup. None software to intall drivers. None permissions. Done.

PD: The safety screw would be included. It's not.

I purchased this card because it advertised some Linux compatibility. The version of ubutnu it says is supported is really old. I kept having dropped network connections with 15.10 freshly installed out of the box. I ended up installing some 3rd party software - and have now kept a connection with no problem for over a week.

At least all is working now. Would have been faster to install some wires.

Have had the card for almost a week and already experiencing driver problems causing the connection to drop out and "attempt" to reconnect.
Required me to forget the network and reset the adapter a few times before it started working again.
Is good when it works, but I will probably upgrade soon.

Bought this card 6 months ago.
Recently have started experiencing driver problems which would cause my connection to drop out completely and reconnect in about 30 seconds.

I would recommend paying an extra $30 for a better ASUS card.
